Beware Of Sodium In Things You Eat.

High-sodium diets can cause high blood pressure and heart attacks. The general advice for young adults is that they shouldn't have more than 2,300 mg of sodium each day.

Older people, people with high blood pressure and those of African or Caribbean ethnic groups should have no more than 1,500 mg each day.
