Graham Soper (founder)
Studied computer science at London South Bank University. Now with over 30 years experience in marketing, works as a freelance marketing consultant specialising in environmental solutions and energy conservation. Married with 3 daughters.

Rosemary Soper
Was evacuated from London as a teenager during World War 2 and married soon afterwards. Mother to 6 children and grandmother to 18. Still working, even after her 80th birthday. Brings over 60 years of experience to the board of trustees, specialising in administration and office management. In addition, she offers a wide range of charity contacts from over 25 years of working in the charity sector. One of the founding trustees.

Anna Soper
Born in Poland, and studied education and teaching methods at Legnica Foreign Language Teacher Training College. Came to the UK in 2001 and has since worked in a range of environments, including retail and hospitality. Helped establish The Wisdom Trust's education programmes and uses her skill and experience to contribute much to the trust's events team and to the education group. Married with 2 daughters. One of the founding trustees.

Daniel Soper
Studied music at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge and was senior organ scholar there for 2 years. Has over 5 years experience in web design and played a major role in establishing the trust's website and other online activities. Now works as assistant director of music at Rochester Cathedral in Kent. One of the founding trustees.

James Bentley
Has many years experience in project management and is The Wisdom Trust very own "Mr Fix-It". James was appointed as a trustee in Spring 2011 and is now the trust's chief facilities officer.

Lindon Rankin
Has many years experience in the media industry and has worked on a wide range of big projects. Lindon was appointed as a trustee in Spring 2011 and is now the trust's chief media officer.
