Don't Waste The Slivers Of Soap.
To use up slivers of soap, press them down hard into a clean empty yogurt pot, leave to dry and you'll then have a large block of soap. Or put them in an old stocking, and hang from the shower head. You can then use this to scrub your back. More... |

Avoid Doing Other Things While Your Eat.
For better digestion, try to avoid doing other things while you eat - like reading the paper, working at the computer or (worst of all) eating breakfast while driving to work. Sit with your family or friends and share mealtimes together. More... |
