Health-Tip.

Healthier Cooking For Healthy Foods.
Even the healthiest of foods can be diet nightmares if they're battered and fried or soaking with butter or oil.

To prepare lower-fat dishes try steaming, stir-frying, and baking with a minimum amount of oil.

A Footnote On Education...

1. A Fact From Our Library

In 1980, the average UK man weighed 73.7kg and the average UK woman weighed 62.2kg. By 2000, it had increased to 81.6kg and 68.8kg respectively.

2. An Ecotip From Our Library

Reuse All Envelopes.

Start saving every envelope that comes through your letter box. Keep them tidy in a drawer somewhere, secured with an elastic band and reuse them when you need to.

Even if they’re unsuitable to reuse as envelopes again, you can still recycle them by cutting them down into appropriate-sized pieces to create useful notepads for leaving next to your telephone.
